Not a good matchup to get a win as Carolina has been a house of horrors for the Oil and I expect it to continue tonight. I think a trade shakeup is the next move time to get desperate and quit trying to convince Drai & Mcd to stay and be happy if it’s a close friend or not get rid of someone that’s going to make this work I for one wish it would be nurse hitting the door.This coach seems to passive and Woody got canned for not holding players accountable but I don’t see this guy doing it either.

How about break open a case of Dom Pérignon if you win and punching the boxing bag repeatedly if you lose. There's no fighting emotion in this room. This coach needs to lead by example. If this coach is a fighter that is determined to go 12 rounds he sure has a funny way of showing it.
Get our Goalie out of the Spotlight, buy a Bingo ball machine to decide who does the media scrums. He thinks his Moustache takes him to Hollywood every time a camera is within 50 feet of him and it takes his mind off of his game to much .Start cleaning up the details Please.

I don't understand why a coach discloses his strategy for winning to the public before the game. How do the Oilers benefit from such a disclosure?
