There was little to be thankful for for Chicago Blackhawks fans after getting blown out on Black Wednesday by the Columbus Blue Jackets. The lone reminder that there’s still something to be grateful for came off of the stick of Connor Bedard who netted his 10th goal of the season on a beautiful wrister. Jason Dickinson later scored a goal, but it was all Blue Jackets on Wednesday night. I’m surprised the effort level isn’t there. I really believed that Richardson would always keep his players accountable for effort and being prepared for puck drop. But there is only so much he can do. And Perry, Fliggy and Hall were brought in and given more than their worth to teach the young guys what it takes to be successful.

Props to C-Bus. They deserve it.
The Hawks are a team on the rise and aren't world beaters.
Expected. But there is something that needs to be added to this team. Something. Development doesn't happen if there aren't players to elevate the rest.
Do not blame ANYTHING on Richardson. But I do think he needs to bring a little more fire and brimstone after this game.

Would it kill the season ( playoffs aren't happening obvious) to give Dach, Guttman , ….shit Commeso, a shot to just add a different flavor.
I know Davidson is a patient guy when it comes to developing talent, but a couple games to some of the contracted Ice Hogs/Blackhawks, in the NHL. It won't hurt this team if done prudently. Inject some fire.
