  1. AGAIN! Tanev should be fined with the amount of times he gets injured. Literally just his second game back and hes gone.

  2. Both focused on the puck, Höglander realized a collision would likely take place so he went in for the hit, while unfortunately Tanev didn't expect such aggressiveness. It's easy for an armchair player like me to say, but you have to be prepared on the ice to avoid getting injured. I'm surprised Seattle didn't play more physical after this, but I guess they were cautious by not wanting to take any penalties.

  3. lol, the announcers calling it a high hit. Hoglander is 5'9, and hit him low in the chest. Where did Seattle find these announcers, they're horrible.

  4. Hoglander has suddenly given himself a bad reputation as a dirty player the past couple weeks…

  5. Looks like an ACL to me, you can see how his left skate gets stuck under him and the knee is bent sideways when Högs delivers the hit

  6. I watched it on 0.25 speed. You see tanev's left skate planted with both feet on open edges (toes pointing opposite directions). The hit drives weight thru the left leg and you see his foot get caught under him. Hoping it's just a high ankle sprain and not a serious knee injury.

  7. That was a damn clean hit from a young player whose figure is like a box. Unfortunate Tanev left the game but that was clean.

Seattle fans just mad because they still remember the Myers hit on Beniers (yes that was also bad).

  8. Seems like he needs serious adjustment to his skating mechanics, getting the same injuries all the time.
