Completely unexpected IMO. I think most of us would have been pleasantly surprised if he was able to match his production from last season, but he’s on pace to put up another 15-20 points on top of what he did last year.
Such a dichotomy from the Copp signing. Compher exceeding expectations has soured me on Copp even more.

I live in Denver so I was so absolutely excited to see him brought to the wings. He’s the real deal and absolutely something we needed.
Sad I don’t get to watch him in person much anymore, but I’m happy he’s with us now!

I thought he was Copp 2.0 with one good season after being placed in a position to succeed in Colorado and we ain’t Colorado.
He is our solid 2nd line center, and I’m glad I was wrong.
An if we won’t promote our prospects I think Kane-Compher-Debrincat is a damn solid 2nd line.

He’s top 5 in points on the team too. He could get close to larkins 79 points last season and he’s not even on top line. That’s what was needed.

I want to get him more help. He’s locked down the 2nd line center role. Now he needs some more skill on his wings to make the 2nd line a true scoring threat.
