Can we talk about cursed the number 3 is in toronto? Phaneuf, holl, klingberg im the last decade, and maybe someone else in forgetting. All right shot dmen who became maligned by the fanbase for making defensive mistakes. I had a bad feeling about klingberg when he was signed and when i remembered he wore 3 it just felt worse
Zadorov and Tanev won't fix how bad the defense is. Zadarov is a 2nd-3 pair defenseman playing 20 minutes a night when he should play 15-17 minutes a night.
Ofc its never fun to hear that someone have bad/long injury. Yes Klingberg was strugling hard, but i wish him all the best and hope to see him back in NHL once he is healthy. What you think about bringing Dumba? I am huge Dumba fan, and i think he would be perfect fit on your team. He is not same offensive force as before, but he is great leader and very solid defensive zone defender with willingness to fight and lay big hits. I think you guys would fell in love on him.
