This team wasn’t playing for him. Same roster as last year for the most part.

Dean did a good job here, and he deserves to crack a beer right now. But we needed a change to spark something in the group.
There is no balance. It seems like when the reins are let loose, these guys can wheel well enough to keep up with most teams but I think they resented beig harnessed by a system that was supposed to be Defens First and talented guys are frustrated because they feel hamstrung by a sliw, grinder system. Maybe they can start to run now. We will see!
My opinion? Bill Guerin should fire himself.
