  1. In the intro he says something like 'crumple crumple yate'. What does that mean or reference? Must of missed that pod

  2. Steve get the bubble. I think you might regret wearing it though when you’re yelling (or trying to) and the sound echoes back at ya.

  3. "One injury away from disaster" was exactly what I was thinking watching this game. Seattle showed up 20 minutes late tonight, but the Leafs won't be able to rely on that through playoffs.

  4. It’s great to see Mitch having a good time during a game again, in spite of injuries. When he does things go better for him and the team.

  5. If they can’t learn how to give a consistent 60 minute effort at 5v5 and have to rely on their offense to score 60 minutes worth of offense in a 40 minute or 20 minute time period because of their bad starts, and then have to crutch themselves on a 3v3 OT and a skills competition to win, they won’t win in the playoffs. You need to win it in the first 60 consistently to be good enough in the playoffs. Playoff OT is no different to the 60 minutes of hockey before it, which is the same kind of hockey the Maple Leafs are struggling to just play well at.

  6. “Gracefully” losing in overtime is where it makes the difference. Yep; Regulation Win = 2 points, Overtime win = 2 points, Regulation loss = zilch, overtime loss = 1 point. Never understood why some online can’t figure that simple math out and want to argue 🙄 and complain worse about playing overtime than losing in 3 periods. I get it makes for a longer game, more exhausted players, but still it’s at least a hard-earned point.

  7. If you're gonna talk about the canucks, maybe tell Adam to just not mention his thoughts on Quinn, dude doesn't watch the player enough to comment on his defense

  8. I keep liking your videos. Yet you don't commit to really changing the hopes of the Leafs using superstition to empower the Leafs. A lot of high pitched squeals followed with the crashing moments you have managed to swing into a career free from MLSE's direct SportsNet influences. Step up! Engage and empower.

  9. Leafs have had maybe 2 or 3 60 minute performances all season yet still have 27 points. Just goes to show what could be possible if they can get it together, equally impressive and frustrating.

  10. The Leafs are still a mess that is now beyond dysfunctional. You keep going on about the honest facts. Then you go off after every win and half win. The Leafs can't perform simple line changes. The coaching staff on the Leafs bench probably enjoyed better coaching experiences with six year olds who execute line changes better than this Leaf team can in it's present state. Sheldon Keefe is going to have a nervous breakdown at this rate.

  11. Mitch woke up after taking a puck to the face. That's a hell of a lot more painful than being tossed into a snowbank or a pool at a rented training facility.
