Tanav is past his prime, injury prone, and old. It wouldn't be a good move. They SHOULD have fought for Zadorav but they didn't and now the Canucks have him and that pisses me off.
leafs are 9th over all (10th if you go b %) they re 7th overall under no metrics. they are 6 behind boston not 4. of course that could change tonight but thats wishful thinking.
Leaf are not a challanger for the cup at this time, D is not good enough, and forwards are very inconsistent except Willie who had been good all year, and Woll, who is playing well is a question mark as a playoff goalie, he could be great or he might get overawed by the importance of the playoffs. The good thing is that they still have 3/4 of the season to make changes and sort out the issues, so there is still hope for a good playoff run.

Hildeby should have gotten the call up to back up Woll. He has played the best of the 3 Marlies goalies this year with an GAA of 1.63 and a SAV% of 9.36.

They did not have the cap room to move on Zadorof because of The John Klingberg Injury on long term right but seeing doctors in the US to see if he needs a full hip surgery and he gets that type of surgery then make a move for a good defenceman on thr right side maybe Chris Tanev from the flames or from some other team.
