I had a chance to meet and visit with Badger Bob’s son today. He coaches prep hockey in Minnesota. Our team from Winnipeg whipped them 7-4 but he was so gracious and we talked about the run in 86 and those Stanley Cup teams in Pittsburgh. “It’s a great day for hockey.”

One time when he was coaching and we were on a losing streak I cut out a huge profile of his head from the front page of the Sun and secretively taped it to the back of my buddy’s aquarium 🤣
