i think he is def having a tough season, but hes also been really inconsistent/unlucky. at times he looks super lazy out there, but then has flashes of athleticism so its really hard for me to gauge him. i just want 2018 kuzy back

Clearly an effort issue for anyone watching all the games, but Kuznetsov is a cat and cats don’t respond at all to negative reinforcement so this is bad news however you slice it.

Hopefully this will be good for him. I love Kuzy and I know this situation is frustrating for literally everyone, including him and the fans.
I’m open to the idea of trading Kuzy but the fact of the matter is, I doubt anyone here wants that as badly as they say they do. We want the old Kuzy back. And that will take work. This is the first step.

I’d be down to swap Kuzy for Laine because why the hell not at this point. Is Kuzy’s contract a limited no trade, like a 10 team thing? I wonder if CBJ is on the list.
Edit: I understand Laine brings the same issues back. I also know we’re like 31st in goal scoring, so again why not

He does look like he needs a mental reset. I love the guy but his play this year has been the worst Iโve seen out of him.
