The last time the Kraken won was on November 22nd, so I decided to see if I could find something interesting that happened sometime between then & the 24th, the start of their current losing streak, that I could jokingly connect to as the reason for this current rough stretch. I kid you not, the 22nd was the same day that the Seattle Mariners traded away fan favorite Eugenio Suárvez to basically save payroll.

Just looked at the time on ice for the defensemen from tonight. Somehow the Dumoulin-Evans pairing I guess became the 2nd pair? Which I’m not upset about from a Ryker standpoint but I’d rather not have Dumo out there for so long if this becomes the standard moving forward 😬

    Larsson: 25:12

    Dunn: 23:07

    Dumoulin: 19:09

    Evans: 17:50

    Oleksiak: 16:37

    Borgen: 14:26

(And for reference we had 1 power play and killed 2 penalties, if you don’t count that session of 4 on 4 with the 6 seconds of power play time for each team)
