  1. I would get rid of St.Louis in a heartbeat before I get rid of Arber.St.Louis has been given unwarranted praise from day 1.I actually laughed at the notion he was responsible for Cole Caufield breaking out of an insane slump.
Well this year Cole has 2 goals during 5 on 5 play who are we going to blame now?
I personally know hockey inside and out and so far the way I see the team playing and lack of progress in their poor play areas tells me the coach is not doing the job.Everyone should understand that when a coach tries and put the TEAM's blame on ONE player that coach is a terrible coach.

  2. Even if you believe that Montreal is 3 years away in the rebuild. You should still be looking to move on from this guy if it's a first you are getting. This isn't a kid who's likely going to want to stick around. If you are a big tough physical guy who's getting flack for your play are you going to want to stick around on Montreal? A historically soft team? When you could go and play for Boston? Or Philly? And frankly if someone is willing to give you a 1st for this kid that's berserk. You should do that all day every day. Even if it's a contender team offering the first so you know it'll be late.

  3. We need a superstar 1st Line talent , Slaf is becoming interesting but we need better than caufield and suzuki.. they are paid What they worth and it’s not superstar. If we need to trade Xhekaj in a bundle for that im all in.. otherwise for a 20-32 another depth player nan.. we have enough

  4. Xjeckaj is a beast and entertaining too. Trading a young top D prospect who could be the toughest player in the league for years to come for another younger prospect with no exp who could be a bust doesn't make sense imo. It's like trading Guhle for the 17th pick next year. Found money doesn't mean you have to gamble it.
