For $500-ish, you can get an MiC version from the dude that used to get the leftover team stock (this is how I got mine). No idea what he has left for sizing.
Sports Outlet Express has blank Indonesian jerseys in size 42, or they have a DeBrincat version in size 44 or 60.
Otherwise eBay or marketplace may be your only choice.

Appreciate the advice everyone went to Gonzos just north of niles and they had one size 60 indo made one. They’re getting ahold me tomorrow to make sure they have my name and number available.
