Craig Anderson (#41) HIGHLIGHTS 2019-20

Craig Anderson has been the starting goaltender in Ottawa for the past 10 years. Anderson shared the crease with rookie net minder Marcus Hogberg but was stellar in appearances he made and faced arguably the most shots out of any goaltender in the NHL. Anderson was solid for the club his entirety with the team and its a shame he may have played his last game as a Senator in March against Los Angeles. Anderson made many big saves for the club and his story in 2017 will never be forgotten. After taking a lave of absence do his wife Nicole’s cancer diagnosis, Anderson came back and helped lead the Senators to the third round of the playoffs.

Anderson did have a decent season and could be brought back the Senators or another organization depending on his plans.

Anderson finished the season with a 3.25 goals against average and a .918 Save Percentage.

Thank you Craig Anderson, for holding down the fort for this team as long as you could.

Here are some of Craig Anderson’s best saves from the 2019-20 NHL season.
