I love the stupid disclaimer as if acknowledging you are stealing copyrighted content for your own benefit is OK so long as you acknowledge it. This isn't for entertainment purposes. Posting on YouTube is a violation of the copyright protection. Posting it here is profit driven so you are making or attempting to make money off of someone else's work. The right the NHL holds is to not have other people distribute their work for the profit of the purpose distributing it. And don't hide behind the claim that your site isn't monetized. YouTube is. And your site certainly is. Just because everyone does this doesn't make it right.
