ik the “fire keefe” thing is big and honestly think they already have his replacement in Guy. Him taking over that 6-5 and almost always scoring after he writes up play is amazing to see. I wouldn’t mind him being coach at all and even gruden coming up for assistant.
It was absolute poetry for JT to get his 1000th point in Long Island, in front of his Dad.

Rangers vs leafs is gonna be a fun game tonight. As a rangers fan, i just gotta say, shesterkin hasn't looked great this year. When he plays the defense seems to take it for granted that he's in net. Which leaves the opponent with better than usual opportunities. I hope we get a good game from the team vs the leafs.

Does John Tavares reaching 1,000 career points make up for Toronto getting jilted by Shohei Otani? Kind of ironic considering Otani, or his agent, was probably guilty of leading on Toronto in a similar fashion to the way Tavares and his agent led on the Islanders. In any case, given the choice of two points or a pyrrhic victory, give me the two points every time.
