The Buffalo Sabres’ Casey Mittelstadt is called for a hooking penalty vs. the Arizona Coyotes at the 9:47 mark of the period and isn’t happy about it, 12/11/23. It looks to me like there’s a little bit of a hook by Mittelstadt, but not enough to warrant a penalty being called, in my opinion.
