Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals owner Ted Leonsis, the CEO of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, is preparing to move his NBA and NHL franchises to a proposed new arena complex and entertainment district in northern Virginia, sources told ESPN on Tuesday.

  1. He's not moving those teams to NoVa. President Biden wouldn't allow it, even if the two sides weren't able to reach an agreement on the renovational financing.

  2. They can do all that reno, but the Wizards aint winning a NBA championship anytime soon. That blow up of Porzingis and Beal last year did nothing, they are in the same position as last year, maybe worse. They need to use the draft picks and do a complete rebuild. Poole is not consistent, Kuzma is the only thing worth watching.
