thats just kassian reading the play, but ellis tipped the puck so the guy never recieved the pass, and it was to late for kassian not to throw the hit. not that you wanna see someone get hurt. thats just a huge hit.
@arch878 kennedy didnt have the puck, it was upo in the air and he was looking at it, kassian came from the oither side of the ice to hit him, even though the spits had two players right there
If you stop the video footage at the right moment, (although he doesn't leave his feet before the hit) you can see Kassian transfer his check up towards the head, instead of through the torso. I'd say charging, for the distance of the check, and a suspension for the headshot.

i agree with goalsforlife1 people dont get the intensity of a game like this thewy play houseleague or mens league and jus think wow he musta left his feet thats super dirty hes a goon but the only thing dirty was the fact he didnt touch the puck but like i said people dont realize the speed and intensity of the OHL like he was going to hit him wither way you can see that in the video but in the half second it popped in the air and looked up it was to late
