DK…Sid is projected for 91 PTS (not 88). The most astounding part for me is how the hell has he done this with such an inept PP? 17/14/31 in 28 games. I'll be bold and predict if the PP had been even average this year & if Sid hadn't played many games without Rust (incredible chemistry)….he would have 40+ points already. With the PP flowing and many more "free" points on the horizon for Sid, Jake, Geno, EK…I expect better numbers for Sid going forward. Getting Rakell on the first line (until Rusty returns) or even Puljujarvi will help first line numbers as DOC should be a 4th liner (at best) and has no business in the top 6 at any level.
With 66 and 69 and 71 and 58 and 59 and 86 we have been super fortunate as Pens fans!

I'm going to honest, Karlsson is a heart attack on the ice but he is awesome to watch.
One minute he'll look like a doofus like when he went way up and ended up behind the net but the next he'll make some crazy pass that melts my mind.
I feel like Sid has always been overlooked bc of his responsible two way play, but especially in the last 5-10 years bc of the emergence of McDavid/Mackinnon/etc.
