Today we’re updating ourselves with the Alexis Lafreniere sweepstakes, covering the seven out of eight revealed teams that will have a 1/8 chance at selecting Lafreniere at the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The winning team will be revealed at the second 2020 NHL Draft Lottery, which will be taking place on Monday.
So far, the teams that have a chance at winning the 1st overall pick are the New York Rangers (defeated by the Carolina Hurricanes), the Nashville Predators (defeated by the Arizona Coyotes), the Florida Panthers (defeated by the New York Islanders), the Winnipeg Jets (defeated by the Calgary Flames), the Minnesota Wild (defeated by the Vancouver Canucks), the Edmonton Oilers (defeated by the Chicago Blackhawks), and the Pittsburgh Penguins (defeated by the Montreal Canadiens),
There is one more series that will determine the eighth and final team to join the Lafreniere lottery, between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Columbus Blue Jackets. The loser of that series will enter the sweepstakes as well.
The current NHL rankings for the 2020 NHL Draft go as follows:

It is extremely annoying how you stretch out EVERY single video. We already know how the draft works we are aware who laf is you don't need to be captain obvious just get to the point and stop stretching everything out. It took you literally 3:40 of rambling to get to the actual video nice

@legorocks preds , jackets and panthers(plus canes if they were in it) suck. They are on my suck list. I’d rather have oilers or even Toronto (gross) than those lame franchises. Wild could use him too. They are stuck with aging players and could use a shot of youth. My preference would be a Canadian team in the west or any west team so laf isn’t in Montreal’s confrence. Until he signs as ufa in Montreal 👍👍🤞
