I love listening to you guys, but I do think it is time to talk about coaching. I have been saying this all year. If you really watch the details in every game, you will see that the majority of teams we play have a very specific structure. Lindy rough Has proven that he is incapable of a structure that fits this lineup, everything is unorganized chaos, and until we get that addressed, it does not matter because this team is going nowhere
We have only been able to win games because of sheer talent alone. Could you imagine a world where we had a competent coach like Jim Montgomery?! We would be talking about being a true Stanley Cup contender for years to come. We need to start making a push to hire a coach that understands what it takes to win a Stanley Cup, and have a sound structure team

Everyone who watches this team knows this.
Timo , while we all wanted him, has been a BUST his entire tenure in NJ.
It is what it is.
If NJ loses Mercer because of garbage contracts to Palat & Timo would be a disaster.
Also, if NJ trades Mercer for a real deal goalie ( that NJ shouldve gotten years ago) would be a travesty!
Mercer needs to be signed for the next decade.
Comparing Timo to Mercer is laughable.

Timo simply needs more of the puck. He's not a sniper, he's much more a playmaker. Problem is we already have our playmakers.
He’s been terrible always turns the puck over and then they score he’s one of the worst players on the ice every game he’s had very few good games even when he scores he does more bad then good, I could literally make an entire compilation of his turn overs that immediately lead too a goal against, Timo having to be better is a massive understatement he’s making almost 9 million get your shit together Timo or move him out cause the devils were incredible without him the years go by quick we don’t need him hurting Hughes line now we need bratt on that top line if timo isn’t gonna do anything.
