  1. Just a suggestion for you boys. Maybe reduce how often you ask for the subs. Every single video is excessive. Try every 2nd or 3rd. I realize you want to make more $ and I wish you well however your repeated requests are annoying IMO

  2. Habs need to elevate their level of skill ,speed and tenacity..!! You must have elite players to win …Who is elite on Montreal ..??? After the first line …talent goes south ..fast..!!!

  4. The guy looks so uncoordinated on his skates. I think he is still growing. He will be a decent hockey player as long as we are patient, but this guy needs to grow into his body in the AHL and then maybe when he is 21 he maybe ready to physically dominate his peers. Habs are setting this guy up to fail. I hope I'm wrong.

  5. It's weird… the young guys are getting better a little bit at a time… almost like if they were .. hmmmm what's the word… ah yes … DEVELOPING!!! I like where the habs are going, just hope people would be patient like 2 or 3other years of patience…

  6. Slav just needs time. Under Martin he will blossom. Little pieces will make him a 2 way. He is scary in the O-zone. I see him always chasing hard to the puck. Battle wins will come. He's learning what works. That he's there is the first step.

  7. Ever sine Slaf joined the top line theyve looked so much more dangerous. And ofcourse hes the perfect fit there with his size and playmaking ability.

  8. Slaf has come so damn far from the kid who couldn't keep his head up (and paying dearly for it) to a force to be reckoned with.

Give it time and he's going to have some physicality to go with the chirping. Mark my words…the fuse has been lit.

  9. It is because Slaf rushes to keep the puck in offensive zone, and he almost never lose 1v1 battles anymore. And he has a great 1st pass. It is just that Cole had issues converting but that will come. He is doing everything Dach was doing last year, basically

  10. Dach has only played 2 games!! Compare last years first 30 when Suzuki and Caufield were on pace for career highs. They are way off last years pace. You need to see at least a 20 to 30 game sample Slaf to get an average sample of work for both.

  11. As well as Slaf played last night they're were definitely times (power plays) I wish he would have shot more? Another good road test for the team now with the next 7 on the road. More bonding time is always good.

  12. Slaf’s consistency the last 12 games has been great to see. Slaf’s confidence, patience, and poise has changed significantly. He protects the puck better, takes contact, initiates contact and looks like a beast coming off the wall. This is good!

I don't usually say much but yesterdays game I was moved to tears.
1st The National Anthem was preformed so beautifully. I always sing along!
2nd was #17 scoring tears of JoY to the world!

Happy for you fellas, great to watch you grow and gain and give. Your shows always make people happy.
    Keep up the great work🎄🐭

  14. It was amazing to see Anderson pop the pair, and the team's reaction. Plus Caufield beat a goalie at 5-on-5!!! So all good!

What's disturbing is the boxscore. Armia. 2 for Anderson. Dvorak. Pair of assists to Monahan. All the guys the 'tear it down junkies' insist on having us trade, for draft picks that HuGo will squander. I know, I get it, they don't fit this mystical "window" everyone talks about, and we do absolutely need to bring in some elite talent somehow, but maybe packaging up 3 or 4 of our mid-tier prospects for one elite prospect or high draft pick would make more sense than trading guys whose contribution everyone loves and respects?!?!? Just sayin'.

One thing for sure , we should be using our pre-existing draft capital to move UP in the order rather than throw it away on low-end prospects or guys like Newhook. Last year, we could have packaged our fifth overall pick, along with the late first and early second we gave up for Newhook, and moved up into the top 3. We would have got an elite talent.

  15. Slaf is better than McDavid Mackinnon, Matthews, Pastrnak and should be a Hart favorite on this channel.

  16. It's as if Slaf was in Clark Kent mode up until a month ago…then put on his cape and became Superman. Rarely have I seen a player improve that much in such a short time.

  17. As an expat Habs fan living in Spain, I rely on you guys to keep me up to date on how the team is doing. I watch highlight packages, and in what I've seen recently, Slaf has been looking good on the top line. Small sample size with Dach, though. Hopefully, he gets healthy and can be the 2C next year. Thanks, guys!

  18. That’s what the eye test is saying Caufield and Suzuki have not finished at the same clip but it will come Slaf creates a ton of turnovers and wins almost all battles on the boards.

  19. That’s such a great point, that they’re playing for each other and not as individuals! This is the chemistry that will create a winning tradition. Great analysis!

  20. Slaf is a team player. I dont think that he will score 150 points but he can win games. Hes not an offensive dynamo who plays to score. Obviously players like Bedard wanna win but they win by scoring. Slaf wins by fitting with what the team needs. Thats most important for a winning team. When a team does that the 1st two teams that come to mind are Toronto and Edmonton. Not only is he a team player but hes a player with a bunch of talent. Even MORE then i thought.
