Good video. But, what is the deke? why would a defenseman bite for the puck when he can see the puck carrier is just baiting him? As follow up maybe expand the lesson and add the fake shot, pass, change of direction. Thanks
No disrespect but you do need to drag it back to avoid the poke check at times. This also allows you to feed it through your legs if need be allows you a couple options. Straight across drag I can almost always stop most attempts, but the further back a person can drag it the harder to get to it. :)) just my opinion :))
Why are you teaching kids to expose the puck and basically double over… this is ass backwards man. I’ve never once exposed the puck and my body to pull off a toe drag, it’s WILD to me that you would TEACH this as the “right” way… WILD

Definitely a minimum 5 crossovers to escape the defenseman.
