Everyone picked after Teemu basically were busts. Amazing. Just goes to show that being a first rounder doesnāt guarantee an NHL career. Also is a reminder how fortunate we were to get Kyle Connor at 17 and the impact he is having and how the hell were all the scouts and their respective teams so wrong to overlook KC. Absolutely stunning to me.

I know hindsight is 20/20, but the hell did the Jets get Selanne? Granted there are some other superstars and HOF calibre players ahead of him but stillā¦. It feels like the Jets must have had an inside edge in their scouting.
