We should have a drinking game. Every time Evan says "I don't know" or repeats the same sentence back to back, take a drink.
Trade Debrusk, Grzelcyk and Lysell and go get a big nasty defenseman or a goal scorer
I have to believe Merkulov and Lysell can contribute more than current third and fourth stringers.
I’ve been noticing for a while that DeBrusk is a robotic predictable player. Skate fast, hustle, shoot or chip it in and chase. No creativity and easy to defend.
I think we should to try Lysell in NHL we need speed – if it not works it not works. But we need the speed and offcourse muscle but that a different guy
Interesting insights by Mark on Lysell. It sounds like Lysell is a highly talented player who would prosper with a team that values aggressive offense over 3-zone responsibility….which is not how the Bruins construct their team game at either the AHL or NHL levels. There are NHL teams who do value that skill set (Toronto comes to mind). I think Lysell belongs in a different NHL organization and should be considered as a trade piece or packaged in a trade either at the deadline or in the off season.
This soft team is going absolutely nowhere bring them up you have absolutely nothing to lose!

You need to get the guy on who does the playoffs games. I think he coaches Thayer or something. He’s a great analyst.
2:52 this is such lazy analysis. They didn’t win a round last year. So what does that even tell you? Florida barely got in and made the cup final. Use your damn brain. We don’t watch you to hear you make stuff up as you go. We watch you because you’re supposed to be a Bruins analysis with good thought out analysis.

If they were ready for the NHL they would already be on an NHL team instead of the AHL. I would trade Merkulov. He sucked during the preseason with Boston. They should hang on to Lysell for now.
