70 cents to go see a Rangers game. That’s not even $9 counting for inflation. Best seats in the house were less than $60. Dang those were the days.
Also, Emile “The Cat” Francis in goal for the Blackhawks! The year before he would play for the Rangers and almost 20 before he would coach for the team!

Found it interesting that the Blackhawks had 16 skaters comprising of 2 centers, 5 D, and 9 forwards. The Rangers had only 15 skaters, 3 centers, 4 D, and 8 forwards.
And the Blackhawks used to be the Black Hawks.

This is a really cool find, love seeing this old school stuff! Buddy O’Connor, who was mentioned in The Big Fight as a Hab who got knocked out cold, went on to become the first Ranger to win the Hart trophy in the season this program was for.
