    I wonder if by having a coaching staff with over 6000games played and hall of famers drives the players in wanting feedback from them. I can imagine the feeling might be different from coaching staff that have short pro careers or no pro career at all. (Just my opinion anyways)

    Compare and contrast this with “make a list of everyone on this team ranked on their effort levels” and it’s easy to see why locker room culture is so important.
