I am picking Canada to win this against Czechia in the final, Connor Geekie is my biased favoritism pick for MVP and Goal Scoring title at World Juniors but you can argue those are both logical and odds on favorite picks for an oddsmaker somewhere in the world not verified tho at this time.
But I’m picking Geekie Not only cuz he’s a Yote but he is on a terror dominating the WHL lately without Zach benson and savioe being off n on never know when he’s back or not but regardless he has been obsessed w the number 4 as in his streak of at least 4 points per game after that single handed comeback 4 goal OT winner that started his streak. He’s huge looking strong skating is fluid and and instincts are off the charts rn and hands handles for days
He has probably the only chance to ruin GMBAs flawless plan and play so well at this tourney he gets some real life in person Yotes games where he plays… 🙏🏼
This is more unlikely than him winning MVP and scoring title but he’s a thoroughbred to bet on for sure.
