ICC.. we have 12 test playing nations so make two groups 6 countries each , take top two teams from each group and make round robin between those four teams, between this four teams.. top two teams as points will play the final. This tournament's circle can be happen in two years span. Each series should have at least 3 matches and maximum 5 matches, each team should play same number of matches at the end of group stage and also end of round Robin stage between qualified nations in round robin. Then each team would have total 8 series maximum( five in group stage and four qualified teams would play three series more in round robin stage), between five group stage series two should happen in home soil.. round robin stage series's places should decided before WTC starts just like final. Final should happen as one of test match just like limited overs cricket tournaments. Reserve day in final should stay because of weather interruptions. If final finished as drawn then rematch should happen and if rematch gets drawn then ICC should declare joint winners. Sufal Das
