  1. Hutch played really well tonight. The NHL Ref's once again show their inconsistency and blatant bad calls. They need to be called out, Bettman.

  2. Wings have been bad! Yzerman needs a better coach. Yzerman could have had the Philly coach but nope and wings lost 8-9! Fire the coach!

  3. Another turnover by Rasmussen leads to a goal. Instead of batting it to the corner, he somehow is looking up ice and thinking what, offensive break out? WTF?!? This is twice in back to back nights he gives the puck to the other team and a goal is scored. Major boarding not called in the first is BS. I'm sick of watching games being decided by bad refs. The Devil's certainly outplayed the Wings though tonight but this was a winnable game. I don't think there is a reset button for this season, it will be a reset at the end of another missed playoff year. They need more team defense. Offense is good but if you can't keep it out of your own net or protect a lead, what's the point?

  5. With this much talent, why are the Wings losing to lesser teams? It's either goal tending or Coaching. You score 5 goals and can't win a game. They should be in first or second place with the amount of goals they score. Re-set my azz. The Coaching staff isn't doing their job, the system is weak. This team is much better then what they are showing. Get the lead out and play some hockey. LGRW!

  6. Hutchinson played well because he hasn't been polluted by this HORRIBLE coaching staff (yet) . 2) Uncle Fester just learned TODAY that GOOD THINGS HAPPEN when you throw pucks at the net🤯🤯🤯 And can someone please feed captain SOFTEE some CEMENT, I used to think Zetterberg was a softest captain but boy was I wrong!! Don't get me wrong, Larkin is a good player, but he's NO CAPTAIN. 🫡

  7. I’d keep eddy in the lineup over Ben any day I hope we buy out chariot he’s so bad L move from yzerman for signing him

  8. I’m starting to not like lalonde. He shows no fire and is too passive. I don’t know how many times this season wings have gotten screwed and he’s always like “i talked to the refs and they explained how they fucked us and i think it was a productive conversation despite nothing coming from it”.

  9. I have said it time and time again. The Wings have to come to the rink with an attitude to win every game. And they don't. Understood that there are injuries, but their opponents have had injuries and that's the nature of the beast. Live with it or find a new profession outside of hockey. All I hear from Lalonde are excuses, excuses, excuses….. The Wings need to get a head coach who knows how to be a winner, maybe somebody like John Tortorella of the Flyers. Scratching my head as to why Stevie Y had confidence in getting this guy as a head coach. Why? Because Lalonde's ties to Tampa? Well, how's that working out for the Wings? Although the Wings lost to NJ, I liked Hutch's play in goal. With the exception of Chiarot, Hutch did the best he could with an amateur-like defense in front of him. I also like Edvinsson's play, as new as he is, and only having played 11 games of pro hockey (with the Wings since last season). Felt much more confident with Edvinsson on defense than Seider. Swedes usually know how to play. Seider seems too timid, clumsy, and doesn't seem to match up as good against opposing defensemen. Seider also has blown enough assignments to give you an aneurysm. It'd be fantastic to see Edvinsson play more. He towers at 6 ft 6in. I'd rather see Edvinsson play than Seider. Seider is too overrated and if Seider doesn't "get with the program" within the next couple of years and become that so-called franchise defenseman many thought he would become, Wings will need to cut their losses. Some fans out there who comment on Seider think he's the next best thing to sliced bread. Give me a break, but we'll see how he turns out.
