  1. Not to take anything away from Bedard's goal. Great deceptive shot, accurate, maybe even involved a partial screen with the defender's leg. Brilliant stuff from Connor.

    But man, Winnipeg's defense… apparently the strategy was "Let's not defend him and just let him tee off from between the circles undisturbed."

  2. It does not take a redirection of the defender’s stick. It’s just a filthy, deceptively placed, patented Bedard wrister.

  3. Someone on the Hawks is going to get seriously injured if the refs don’t start calling penalties! Every game it’s the same thing … opponents with 4+ pp to the Hawks 1 with Bedard being tripped, held, illegally checked and nothing called! Same for the rest of the team, but Bedard is always in the spotlight so no excuse the calls are being ignored!
