Why do we expect anything different? Its the same heartless core, coach that can't adjust and a robotic captain that says nothing. Until some major moves (not 4th line or bottom pair D) are made nothing will change..

Forget analytics…the real interesting numbers analysis was how many times this team has blown two goal leads during the core fail (four) era.
Every goalie looks like a Vezina winner against the Leafs. Why is that?
Just my opinion Robertson isn't or hasn't shown nothing in the past 10 plus games LEAFS have to package him up on GOOD trade for 2 D
The team is an above average team that thinks they are elite.. as soon as they think they are better than a team, they take their foot off the gas and get caved in and wonder why..
This constantly happens against (perceived) inferior teams, you think Sammy has issues between the ears, take a good look at every Leafs player when they play non playoff teams, THAT is a massive mental situation
When it counts the Marner & Matthews duo disappoints. Zero playoff runs in 8 playoff attempts is just consistency in early spring golfing for this Leafs core 4.😀

The core 4 are all the same player…high end, soft skill. The team’s culture needs a shakeup.
Dubas gambled on the core too early financially and trading to support them. He should have seen what they brought the plays first. the problem is that he gave them nmc so you can't correct it when they don't show up. but as it is he gave them big news contracts because mlse likes taking your money out of your fool hands.

has he a brain he would have skipped JT and drafted a killer d-core and kept freddy at 5.5. that would have balanced out the team.
