My dad gave me this amazing signed stick for Christmas. He has had it for around 20ish years and we are just trying to identify what year it came from. Can any super sleuths help me here? We know it’s at least late 90s or early 2000s.

Itās definitely 90s because thatās Sandis Ozolinsh and his last year was 99. Give me a minute to look at others
