This is good for the Kings. They were coasting along, reached number 1 in the NHL power rankings and it was all fun and games. For Edmonton to win a meaningless regular season game and need McDavid to do it is whatever for a team still trying to get to the playoffs. For LA this will be a game the coach will be on them for the rest of the season and in the playoffs.
If Oilers are good enough to beat a top team in the West like LA, they can beat any team in the league.

Skinner looked amazing this game. Probably his best game of the season because playing kings was a big test. They are a top team and they bring it against the oil. Good game.
