Hard to get a lot of points, when you make elite passes but to people who cant score. If Conny ain't rebuilding he needs to get 1 or 2 natural shooters to help the 10.5 million dollar player be exactly that.
The way he speaks you'd think he has 40pts so far but at this point we will be lucky if he has 40pts total. This guy is going to hurt the books for a decade.
Other teams just need to give him a shove or rough him up a bit and he coughs up the puck.. how is this guy making this much money in this league? He cant even lift the puck when he's getting these chances he's talking about… it's been so painful to watch. But he has been playing better lately, I just wish he could play better than our rookies. Zary's been awesome for instance.
He's certainly not working as hard as he can be. He needs to want it more and right now he is waiting for his opportunity instead of making opportunities happen.
