In between periods AB was pretty funny he’s like I haven’t been here but seems to me like you guys are playing great so um just keep going and um yeah that’s what we did I know I like you said I thought we played great in the first two

We had so many chances and um you know maybe they weren’t going in and um obviously we found a way to win which which was huge for our club tonight tell me take me through the your goal to tie the game uh yeah I mean heck of a play

By Benny you know he just left it for me and pretty much drove the D all the way back and um kind of let me walk in it and fire it so um you know I just kind of shot it and uh it’s nice to see it go

In for sure is that one of those get pucks to the net I mean it could go in number one and number two you guys have been pretty good getting to the net in that particular game too yeah you know I I think I kind of looked up and um you

Know maybe I tried to pass that there but Greener looked pretty covered and um when you see the big fell going in that though um you got to get it there so um yeah definitely just trying to get a puck to the net and uh when it goes in

It yeah I I mean I think um obviously as unit it’s especially maybe when we’re we’re we’re fighting it a little bit and and getting chances and not scoring I think uh you try to cheat a little bit or or lean one way or the other and you

Know I thought we did a good job tonight of of just staying disciplined making the plays when we had it and getting pucks behind them when we had to so um you know it’s definitely a balance and um can be tricky sometimes but uh you

Know I thought we did a great job of it tonight was it weird to have a different voice behind the bench and so um honestly abs and Donnie are so similar um didn’t feel too different I don’t think um I guess we have to ask some

Other guys what they say but um for me and no I mean they’re both extremely positive they they we’re playing the same system um we want to play with with a lot of Puck pressure and a lot of Puck possession so um you know to me it

Didn’t feel too different and um you know I thought we played well what was the difference tonight that allowed you guys to play with that pace that you were still looking for on Tuesday against Boston yeah I mean you know it’s going to be a little different every night I

Think uh we definitely wanted some payback for the last time we played these guys and um you know I think that’s probably a factor as well and you know I really think against Boston we maybe lacked a little Pace but uh five on five I find I felt like especially

Early in the game we we were kind of giving it to them and you know they get a few maybe we get a little dejected um you know it’s something we can we can be better at but um at the same time I thought we did a good job tonight

Sticking with it and sticking with the game plan you mentioned sorry you mentioned payback how much of an element was that amongst you and in the locker room considering the way that last game went yeah I mean um it’s obviously big I mean if something happens like that I

Think all of us were we’re a little embarrassed and um we want to go back and and get the points that that they took from us and um you know at the end of the day it’s just a loss and today was a win so um keep moving forward take

A little momentum and and try to do it again tomorrow to call on middle stat mode you’ve gotten in quite a habit of scoring these game tying goals this year is that on purpose are you I know you’re a competitive guy are you just being a

Gamer till the end or is it just the timing of these things is a coincidence um to be honest I don’t really know I think uh obviously there’s times where you’re going to play a little different I think in that aspect uh more times than not I’m just trying

To play the same way no matter the score I’m just trying to play um hockey the right way and and make the plays when they’re there and you know make safe plays when they’re not so um I don’t I don’t know if it’s uh necessarily one thing in particular but um you know

Tonight I think I was just fell a guy a shot Lane who shot it and it went in and I guess it happened to be the tire so um I’ll take it for sure
