What should the Habs do? I think Hughes should and will do whatever maximizes value for said available assets, even if that means undermining the Goaltenders ability to perform with the disruptive 3 goalie system until deadline. What should the rest of us do? Stop reacting each time a Journalist speculates or just suggests a trade and it creates click bait headlines.

1 more year of tanking with hopefully 2 more 1st rounders with a top 10. Next year i can see the Habs making the playoffs. No Dach, no Dvorak for the rest of this season, im being positive here but i cant see the Habs finishing in a playoff spot.
Few players Im looking at for the draft: Lidstrom, Jarome Iginla's son and Demidov, the skilled Russian. Im hoping the Habs do not go for another dman with their first pick
There is no way there is a GM in this league dumb enough to give a first round pick (or a second round) for Allen straight up.
Patients is a virtu eventually we will get something good for Allen.
I can’t see a 1st or 2nd for Allen given how goalies are valued but Allen would help anyone of these teams, and I’ll take it if someone is offering. I don’t see anything big trade wise until the draft when maybe we will see some assets moved for that high end top 6 established winger this team needs

LOL they're are not getting a 1st, or a 2nd, or a 3rd for JUST Allen, he's 33 and his has regressed significantly. If they retain 50% AND throw in a defenseman like Savard, MAYBE they can get a 2nd.
