As the dust settles from the Flyers’ blockbuster trade of Cutter Gauthier to Anaheim, the focus now turns to the big piece that the Flyers received in return for their former top prospect — 21-year old defenseman Jamie Drysdale, the 2020 sixth overall pick. PHLY Sports’ Charlie O’Connor has the details from Drysdale’s very first practice as a Flyer, including how he found out the news of the trade, whether he’ll be in the lineup on Wednesday, and what John Tortorella believes will be the biggest adjustment for the young blueliner as he tries to establish himself in Philadelphia.

Offensive prospects didn't get well….Gauthier wants OUT, Michkov might never get out of Russia and…drafted York not Caufield… !!!
YOU WILL LOVE DRYSDALE 😊
excited to see what he can do in Philly, but also concerned with his adjustment to the east coast weather compared to california. very different places.
I like to know who’s going to get traded
Zumla has been good lately especially on power play
I want to know who sits
I want brink in lineup
Sit the goon again move Laughton to 4rth
Drysdale Sanheim, York Ristolainen, SeelerWalker and Zamula seventh D. because we need to trade Walker
My biggest concern is his durability. He's played a total of 18 games over last season and this season combined. Also the fact that he's a career -43 is somewhat concerning as well.
Moving into video now eh Charlie … 🙂
As long as you keep bringing the same depth and insight as you always have, I'm here for it.
