Seems like Cutter wanted the Flyers to waste a year of his ELC so he'd be closer to his next contract. The Flyers didnt want to waste a year of a cost controlled asset, have his bonuses go into this year, and potentially bring in a kid too early.
Player didnt get what he wanted and freaked out, not even a fan a team in the Eastern conference but if that's all the Flyers "did" its a baaad look for Cutter.
