Too many nights the refereeing is awful. The other day Darko the Raptor coach went off on a rant about the referees. He was right, the refereeing was completely one sided. Sheldon needs to do the same. A rant is necessary. Too many referees are Leaf haters. Some attention needs to be shown, to this fact. Unlike players there is no accountability for the refs.
They need to extend Benoit, sign Perry and I would love them to trade Marner for Brady Tkachuk but Ottawa would never take that trade so that is wishful thinking, but get the first 2 things done.

They have a third string goalie and because they have no jam they only draw one penalty. Lefas fans complain about the reffing – gimme me a break. I'm an Oilers fan that's nowhere near a Toronto fan, but I always cheer for them because of my grandfather. From an outsider looking in, the Nylander signing pissed me off. It's like this team learns NOTHING. Sure, he performs for you good in the regular season but that's all this team sees. This team could pay for 2 good playoff performers with that cash, and avoid prissy Nylander who gets scared when the puck is in front of the net.
My only worry is that my grandfather will pass away soon and this team team will achieve nothing. Only then will I despise this franchise for letting half a country down.
