This is what the Leafs are. They have five good players that are temperamentally the same and then a collection of one dimensional plug and plays. They got worse defensively in the off season and this is the result everyone should have expected. The playoffs are a meme so anything can happen, but this roster isn’t championship quality as it stands today.
i also agree with the marner statement……he can never afford to have 3 bad games in a row. part of the fan base would blame him for everything.

As far as the Cowboys go they won three Superbowls in 4 years, 1992,1993 and 1995 but haven't done shit since not even being the loser in the Superbowl, and they were the first team last night to be a 2nd seed and lose to a 7th because they expanded the playoffs to 7 teams in each conference in like 2020, and in those few years before this there were no upsets, but the Cowboys losing at home to the 7th Seed Packers is the first time now. But 1967 is still a lot worse than 1995 coming off 1992 and 1993 as well. I was just comprehending football as a 4 and 5 year old in 1995 the last time they won but remember hearing people always talking about them even here in Washington state where the Seahawks stunk in the 90s. I remember seeing that blue star on the field of the old Texas Stadium on my dads TV, and he himself was a fan of the Seahawks and Dolphins but the Cowboys were must see. The Bills of that era are a better comparison, they went to the Superbowl in 1991,1992,1993 and 1994 and lost all 4 of them. The first time to the New York Giants where their kicker missed a game winning field goal, the second time to the then Washington Redskins whose QB was a local guy from Spokane in Mark Rypien,and the next 2 to the Dallas Cowboys where those last 3 were blowouts. Bills have never been back since, tonight they will see if they can beat the Steelers to keep this years hopes alive. In fact its a running joke thats Bills stands for Boy I Love Losing Superbowls. In reality the team is named after folk hero cowboy Buffalo Bill.

I don’t blame Knies for that goal, as Lilly makes a direct pass to a Red Wing player for absolutely no reason who then sends it to the a lot for that goal. Everyone is scrambling once that awful pass is made. This D core does not handle a forecheck well at all, they lose too many physical battles and panic when pressured.
Don't forget it doesn't get easier after that,you're going to be going against the jets not to long after that.😂

I find that Sheldon keefe gets out coached alot when teams are getting out played by the leafs they make adjustments and Keefe never ever has an answer in my mind he's not a good coach
