Boston Bruins keep climbing…

Yeah so I want to say one thing before I get into the game review this on the screen is what it felt like watching the first period on a stream nessen I don’t know what you’re doing wrong but it’s something because it’s just terrible quality with double audio gr out screen

Lines up and down at times it’s just a terrible product to watch when you’re streaming nessen so I won’t have as many detailed Clips due to me having to listen to it on the radio during the first period but getting into the game the New Jersey Devils are missing a lot

Of people I think at this point they’re missing their equipment manager due to injury but dos the goenda Devils he was really impressive in this game and starting out early on the power play you thought wow Bruins get the first goal this is a good one

They need this jvr in front but then the ref would say this could you please reset the clock to 12:33 the play was offside no goal so the Bruins don’t get a goal and Daws is just locked in making good save after good save but Jeremy

Swan in the first Mercer here good stop stays Square to the shooter from the point Hughes catches that with the glove Swan wasn’t really tested it was more Daws who just played out of his mind I feel like you got to pick this guy up in fantasy hockey but Bruins would start

Out the second period strong Marsh shot over to Coy this was a great backhand finish by Coy one that Daw probably wants to have back Bruins go up one nothing all we get a shot here in the slot didn’t get all of it good stop there by swayan staying square and then

Here from the point good kick save we would have some physical confrontation in this match makavo and McLoud would get into it both would go to the box for roughing Cloud’s getting a drink and makavo is just chilling like okay we’re going to go on four on four the Devils

Would have a good opportunity good stop there by swayan on the other end pasta follows his shot and do makes another good stop and the physical stuff just wouldn’t stop marshan and emth getting into it and due to that Frederick’s like nah nah nah you’re not going to mess

With our captain like like that this is still a one- nothing game I want to show a shift from De Brusque where I saw a lot of hustle I thought he played pretty well in this game was moving his legs and created different opportunities for the Bruins but dos would continue to

Make stop after stop at making life very difficult on the Bruins Dan and Heinen got that dog in him trying to go to the net he would keep this Play Alive behind the goal line he played really well in this game Swan will get tested here

Great left pad stop and wof geeky just outside the reach of J VR that’s one he wants to have back and look at Nik Hiser putting Marshon in the spin cycle Goes Around the Net throws the Bas in front good stop there by Swan Nico is such a

Good player what a great play and makoy with a chance for the second goal oh that was a good slash there by Wilman goes off the post not able to bury it Bruins will go on the power play and do would make a couple good stops here

Keeping this a one- nothing game but then makoy over to pasta that’s a difficult shot to stop Bruins will go up to nothing Devils about 30 seconds later they would test swayan but he would make a nice stop and then Brad marshan would draw a trip the Bruins go

Back on the power play to fully lost his stick that’s not a great look but the Devils did make it easy for the Bruins I think the Bruins puck management wasn’t great on this power play so nothing comes of it but here ly home over to

Hind good stop there by Daw that was a great stop now geeky has an opportunity here to make up for that terrible pass goes backand and dos again look at him extend the right pad Great Stop Swan would make a good short side stop there but then Frederick would go to the box

For high sticking that was what was shown on the replay New Jersey has an opportunity to get on the board here but Witherspoon with a good stick keeping him to the outside a player that’s really impressed me he keeps getting better and better Bruins would clear it

No power play goal for the devil McLoud would challenge San but San would stand tall and he would make a couple unspectacular saves the Bruins were really good and look at McLoud he’s like you know what screw this we’re playing FIFA I’m going to try to kick that in I

Don’t know what he was thinking there still can’t get it past Swan and Marshon with an empty net neth with a great stick to make that a save but Trent Frederick blocks a shot intercepts a pass and he’s got that dog in him diving for it gets the empty net

Goal the bru will win this one 3 nothing and we would get a discount goalie hug between Brandon busy and Jeremy Swan good win for the Bruins this was a good competitive game and hats off to the Devils they are missing so many freaking players it’s kind of unfair but they

Kept the game relatively close and dos looks like a very promising Young Down Below in the comments section who stood out the most to you in this game I’m captain Paul I’ll see you in the next one

The Boston Bruins beat the New Jersey Devils 3-0 on MLK day at the TD Garden. Nico Daws played impressive in this game to keep it close. Jeremy Swayman gets his 3rd shutout of the season and 12th of his career. Who impressed you the most in this game?

  1. Good game.
Not worried about the devils at full strength, cuz B's are not at full strength either.

    Remember fans trashing Heinen? 🙄

My Eee esS Pee eN plus feed always buffers and kicks out the last couple minutes of the game.
I have to keep Judd Serrat on the audio or I'm going to miss the last 2 minutes completely.

They also do it during overtime, especially shootouts. They buffer buffer I don't see it live, then suddenly the game's over!
    Totally missed the winning goal!

It's been so consistent every game, not just Bruins, I finally spoke with customer service and they said it's because a lot of people jump on the stream the last 2 minutes – the gamblers.

    Betting is ruining this sport!

  2. The "slashing" call that the Bruins converted on…didn't look like slashing to me…more of a hooking.

  3. Would have been nice if they tailored the schedule to the average NHL fan. Most of us work 9-5 so starting a game in the middle of a work day is bullshit.

  4. Im glad you mentioned the NESN broadcast… this is not the first game where glitches like that happen and it's becoming more and more frustrating.
