  1. FIRE TODD NOW. I have been a fan of this team for well over a decade and Rob Blake and Luc Robitaiille with the help of TMAC are sending this team back into the dark ages. Blake today has shown his weakness as a GM. This team is too talented this year to miss the playoffs yet that seems likely now

  2. Everyone let’s relax and be patient let this team work through this. I’m not sure a new coach is gonna be the catalyst for this team to figure it out. We have a decent mix of young and veteran players. They need to win AND lose together to build the chemistry and heart to really make a deep run. If after the season we either don’t make it or don’t make a solid run then we should fire Todd. We literally just resigned him for one more year. Give him the time. This team is gonna keep getting better and better every year.

  3. Couple things. Those saying goaltending is an issue please go away. you’re uneducated, just as most Kings “fans” are. And the other is just simply this PLD fog over the team that I’m starting to see. If the core doesn’t respect PL whatever than there is no recovery in the near, or distant future, with this squad. It’s not the whole problem but may be a big part of it.

  4. This team seems to be suffering from an identity crisis. Are we built on speed, forechecking, size, defense or offense? Very little communication on ice or leadership, when comparing to the '12 & '14 teams. Of course, those we're great teams and not many today could even compete with them. They don't have to be a copy of those team's, there's other ways to win but, being more physical couldn't hurt. Plus, on defense except for Spence, no defenseman can carry the puck up ice across the blue line it seems. I think PLD can pan out eventually but, for now, it seems that trade fractured the team's already fragile chemistry.
