Saw the Golden Brett walking towards our gate 2 minutes before we got on the plane with a drink in hand, immediately recognizable, just gave him a let’s go blues. He got on first and I very naturally ended up in the exit row seat directly across the aisle from him. I left him alone cause I hate bothering people and a few asked him for selfies while they were boarding. Couldn’t help but notice he had maybe 2 more vodkas and a crossword puzzle on our 45 minute flight….. I got up to get off the plane right after him and noticed he left behind his folded boarding passes in his seat and grabbed them with the intention to give them back to him, but quickly realized the legendary memento I now possessed. When we were walking up the jetway I could hear him boomer-bitching about Southwest Airlines to his wife and then he of course got approached by quite a few in the terminal.
Anyway….. I’m either gonna frame these or sell, if you want it for your weird obscure blues collection DM me!!
