Hey Avs fans! Just wanna say that I know things have been up and down recently (Habs, Boston)…but for all the struggles (Girard and Val seeking help, bunch of key players out), they are sitting in a great spot!
Plus it’s only gonna get better when Lehky, Byram, Val, and hopefully Landy returns.
Believe in the Sakic magic!

Just wondering what the relevancy of the third slide is?
Yeah, all the doom and gloomers need to relax a little. Gonna lose some games. We’re still one of the top teams in the league.
I don’t like that other teams have games in hand to make up points but I like that we will get a few extra days of rest compared to them.

2nd in the division is amazing and there’s still plenty of time to fix any issues we have leading into the deadline and the playoffs. Genuine criticism is one thing but people who spend every single PGT proudly talking about how their apparent favorite team is gonna lose in the first round of the playoffs are weird. What do you gain from that? You like telling people that your team sucks and you were right? Congrats you’re so smart I bet you’re happy 😂😂
This team is going so well that the doomers have to force themselves to get creative to find new ways to hate on the boys lmao.
Additionally, 4th in goal differential, despite being in the bottom half in goals against. Not on these slides, but bares repeating — not a single other contender or indeed, team in the whole league, has Nathan fucking Mackinnon or Cale Makar or are building a weapon to surpass metal gear like CyberSkog.
I get it, our standards are world class now, it feels like the late 90s again, we expect nothing less than a clean sweep and a cup, but the team is really good once again this year, even with the instability between the pipes (could you imagine even league average goaltending behind the offensive juggernaut?,) Nuke and Lekhy missing time and the vacillating depth issues.
