  1. Let's not sugarcoat. Huberdeau and Lindholm barely show up for these games and it really keeps the team from being anything but mediocre. Hopefully the malcontent Lindholm will at least be gone soon and then they just have one nothingburger.

  2. Gagner sits for weeks and scores like this, Connor Brown is being overplayed getting grade a chances every single game and he can’t bury one

  3. Its 2034, mcdavid is on the decline after his 5th Stanley cup victory. The oilers are on the rebuild. and in his final season, as he looks to score his 1000th goal, he is only 1 away. Mcdavid looks up at the numbers hanging in the rafters and remembers what "the great one" said to him the year he won his first cup. "Anythings possible Dave-O" and mcdavid shed a tear before his final faceoff. Suddenly a jersey falls from the rafters as the puck is dropped. Mcdavid wins the faceoff easily and with possession, races past all 5 members of the Saskatoon Blue Bombers team and snipes one bar down glove side. The crowd erupts as mcdavid celebrates with his team. As mcdavid skates back to the bench he notices the jersey on the ice and picks it up. He sheds a robotic half smile and nods as he reads the name and number on the back. 89 GAGNER .
