first saw mike on the vancouver card he just fought on. was the only one of my friends still awake to witness the finish.
DDP was the first fighter where i said "this guy is gonna go far" before the masses were really on board. i think mike is gonna be my 2nd. for me, its really cool seeing mike fighting on the DDP card simply due to this. I think DDP has already succeeded more than I could have even predicted back when I first saw him, so I don't really have a horse in the race for the upcoming title fight. The only fighter i'm truly cheering for this weekend is mike!
