I’ve done the same a few times.It’s amazing, the city has always treated me so well when I’m in town for a game. Last time we lucked out and got a private tour of the gardens (nobody else signed up that day so the guide took us on a customized tour). Highly recommend also touring Fenway even if you aren’t a big ball fan, I loved it and I rarely watch baseball.
