i get theres gotta be some room for transition, but usually you would be prepared to have your assistants step up for a bit, or better yet; have someone in line already.
i assume(maybe in err, given the way that team has run this season) there is some logic to it, just sounds funny to me. in my mind once someone tells you that you will be fired, you’re basically fired at that point, and not some point in the future.
